Active since 2001, camp Slapić is located in a very picturesque region along the Mrežnica River, in the town of Duga Resa. The river is one of the most beautiful and cleanest of Croatia’s rivers, whilst Duga Resa is about 35 kilometres from Zagreb.
Slapić is a four star campsite that can accommodate 144 guests and has received a number of quality awards. Over the last few years the camp has been gradually increasing the level of its facilities and now offers beach volleyball, table tennis, badminton, canoe rental and a beach. The facility to take a bicycle trip on one of the many bike trails in the area is also available.
Located close to the campsite is a restaurant with a coffee shop as well as a tennis court. Also close by are designated areas for preparing barbecues.
The Mrežnica river offers a wide range of sights to discover including river islands, waterfalls and fishing locations.
