Located in the south of Istria, camp Tašalera is 8 kilometres from Pula and 2 kilometres from Medulin. A small, naturally preserved family-run campsite, Tašalera has a sea front of about 1.5 kilometres with camping plots set either in a sunny meadow or shaded by pine trees. Operating since 1966, the camp can accommodate 900 visitors and provides several mobile homes for hire.
On-site facilities include a children’s playground, a small marina, provision for beach volleyball, sailing and diving lessons and boat and bicycle hire. In the evenings the camp organised a programme of entertainment for all its guests.
Located about 1kilometre from camp Tašalera is the centre of Premantura with its numerous restaurants, bars and sports activities that include a surfing centre. Nearby is also Cape Kamenjak, the southernmost tip of Istria’s peninsula.
