Croatia’s Best Camps now also in Slovenian

Last week, the Croatian Camping Association published the Slovenian version of the brochure presenting the best campsites of Croatia. The Slovenian market ranks very high on the chart of Croatia’s largest emissive markets – with its share of 18 % in the total number of camping overnights, it positions itself on second place, right after Germany. The Slovenian edition of the brochure is the first of its kind, representing the selection of quality campsites on 64 pages, with detailed descriptions of regions and campsites, with photos, contact details, GPS coordinates and other useful information.

The Best Campsite award is the result of the fulfillment of a series of rigorous criteria and the analysis of campsites’ services and contents. The campsites are also regularly inspected by the representatives of HAK, the Croatian Automobile Club, in order to test and confirm the situation “on site”.

The distribution of free brochures is organized through several channels in Slovenia, for example in largest camping equipment stores like the Caravan Center in Ljubljana and the Freedom Center in Celje, in the representative office of the Croatian National Tourist Board in Ljubljana and in occurrence of specialized family events like the Lunin Festival, Festival družin, etc.

Over the past years, the Croatia’s Best Campsites brochure has been published in four languages (English, German, Italian and Dutch). Today, with its Slovenian version, the Croatian Camping Association has managed to cover all of the most numerous emissive markets.
