Situated in a quiet location surrounded by natural unspoilt scenery, Camp Etno kuća pod Okićem is close to the city of Samobor and only 20 kilometres from Croatia's capital city, Zagreb. Due to its size and access roads, the campsite is suitable only for tents and small campers.
The camp is located under the old walls of the city of Okić which is 500 metres above sea level, and camp guests can put their tents next to the traditional village courtyards, rural village cottages and close to a playground. Due to its traditional spirit the campsite represents a unique place where guests can visit a small museum, learn more about local history and the lifestyle of the people who once lived there.
Various creative workshops as well as excursions to the nearby natural and historical attractions can be organised, such as visits to the Žumberak Natural Park. For those who prefer an active holiday, there are numerous footpaths and hiking trails, bike trails, caves and climbing rocks which will certainly provide an unforgettable experience.
