Campsite Baldarin celebrates 60 years of tradition

One of Croatia's longest-established naturist campsites, campsite Baldarin on the island of Cres, is celebrating 60 years of successful operation this year. Since opening in 1966, the campsite has grown into a well-established naturist destination while preserving its core values – unspoilt nature, a peaceful setting, and an authentic outdoor holiday experience.

Located in the Punta Križa area, Campsite Baldarin has continuously upgraded its infrastructure and services over the decades while remaining true to its philosophy of living in harmony with nature. As part of Croatia's rich naturist tradition, which spans more than 90 years, the campsite has built a loyal guest base, with many visitors returning generation after generation. The 60th anniversary highlights Campsite Baldarin's long-standing presence on the Croatian and European camping scene and its important role in the development of naturist camping in Croatia.

For the 2026 season, Campsite Baldarin has further enhanced its infrastructure. A new water supply and fire hydrant network has been installed, further improving safety throughout the campsite. At the same time, the Wi-Fi infrastructure has been upgraded with a new fibre-optic network, providing guests with better coverage and a stronger, more reliable signal across the campsite.
