Accommodation options
The campsite has five types of pitches: Mare, Garden, Belvedere, Premium Beach and the largest, King size, of 150 m2. They stretch from the sea to the inland and are shaded by trees. Most have electricity, water, and drainage hook-ups, with the option of renting a fridge and a private bathroom.
There are also holiday homes ranging from 26 m2 to 77 m2 for three to eight people as well as a 91 m2 Villa Beach with a guest house and sea views.
Six types of mobile homes, ranging from 22 m2 to 42 m2, are located close to the sea and have excellent facilities, including a hot tub on the terrace in some of them.
If you prefer the luxury of a hotel room, you can stay in double rooms right on the beach. Some of the rooms are connected, making them ideal for families with children.
Sanitary facilities with washing machines, baby changing rooms and family bathrooms available for hire are located near the pitches. The campsite pays great attention to the accessibility of its facilities and services, so the accommodation units, catering and sanitary facilities, and swimming pools have been designed to eliminate any architectural barriers, allowing a pleasant stay for all guests (not only for the disabled, but also for families with young children, the elderly, etc.).
Beach, spray park, and pools
Bi Val is a kilometre-long pebble beach with a view of the Brijuni Islands. It has modern facilities and is divided into areas for adults, children, and pets. With plastic sun loungers and ramps for access to the sea, it is also well-equipped for people with disabilities. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag and there are sun loungers and umbrellas, showers for guests and their dogs, changing rooms, and a range of water sports.
A large sunbathing area has been set up around the three freshwater pools, with separate areas for children and non-swimmers. The little ones will love the spray park with water cannons and fountains, and if they haven’t learned to swim yet, they can sign up for swimming lessons. Please note that each pool is closed one day a week.
Restaurants, bars and shops
Close to the beach, the Al Mare, Al Tramonto and Alla Pineta restaurants serve food from morning to night, including meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes. There are three bars and a pastry shop where you can enjoy cocktails, ice creams, cakes, and salty snacks during a break from swimming.
There is also a supermarket, sports and beach equipment shop, massage centre, hairdresser, medical facility, and a newsstand.
Sports and entertainment
Bi Village is a true paradise for those who like their holidays to be full of activities. You can sign up for windsurfing, diving, and sailing lessons. You can also rent a kayak and head out to sea, and if you prefer land-based sports, there are courts for basketball, football, tennis, and beach volleyball. Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy the HIIT arena with exercise machines, cross-fit, pilates, yoga, and aerobics.
If that is not enough, there are plenty of cycling and walking trails in the area.
Entertainment is provided by BiHoliday’s the experienced team of entertainers, who organise games in the mini club and on the beach, shows, and competitions for adults and children. There are also special activities for young gardeners, a gaming room and the Jangalooz adrenaline park, which recently added a trampoline zone (at an extra charge).
What to do and see in and around Fažana?
As a small fishing village, Fažana is a safe place to visit with children. There is a lovely promenade from the campsite to the town centre, which is great for walking or cycling. Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, and Indira Ghandi walked the streets of Fažana while waiting for the ferry to Brijuni. You can do the same! Buy a ticket at the port and set off for the beautiful archipelago, which has been declared a national park. There you can enjoy a safari in the company of magnificent animals, explore dinosaur footprints, go for a train ride, see Tito’s Cadillac and much more.
Plan to return for dinner, as Fažana has excellent konobas serving Mediterranean specialities.
Nearby is Pula, where you can visit the Roman amphitheatre, the Zero Road tunnels, or the House of Istrian Olive Oil. Be sure to catch one of Pula’s many concerts or the July Film Festival in the Arena, a unique setting for watching films.
