Accommodation options
What makes this campsite special are the terraced plots, divided into Premium plots, which are near the sea, and the more affordable Comfort plots, most of which are further away from the sea but still have a nice view. Half of the plots are shaded by pine and acacia trees. They range in size from 70 to 90 m2 and have electricity and water hook-ups, some with drainage as well.
There are two types of mobile homes available by the sea, of 17 and 24 m2. The smaller ones can accommodate up to two people, while the larger ones can host a maximum of four people. All mobile homes are fully equipped and air-conditioned, and the larger ones have a fenced garden with sun loungers. Pets are welcome at an extra charge. Camping Bunculuka is one of Valamar’s Wow Wow Pet Friendly campsites, where guests with dogs are given a special surprise on arrival in selected areas.
Four sanitary facilities cover all campsite zones, with a section equipped with children’s bathrooms, baby changing areas, dishwashing areas, laundry facilities, and bathrooms for persons with disabilities. There are also dog showers and tent campers can hire a fridge.
Beaches and pools
The pebble beach is fenced and well maintained, with a sandy bottom. It is intended for naturists only, with designated areas for young people and for swimming with dogs. Showers, toilets, and a lifeguard service are available, as well as open-air massages and the hire of sun loungers and umbrella. The beach offers a memorable view of the whole bay and the nearby island of Prvić.
Although the campsite does not have a swimming pool, guests can use the freshwater pool at the Corinthia Baška Sunny by Valamar hotel, two kilometres away, free of charge.
Restaurants, bars and shops
The campsite’s Boneta Bistro & Lounge offers a wide range of fish dishes and other local and Mediterranean specialities. Guests can enjoy them on a terrace that oozes charm and gives a real sense of summer holidays. As with most naturist campsite restaurants, guests must be appropriately dressed. The innovative concept includes a fast-food outlet and a bakery offering fresh pastries, croissants, fruit, vegetables, and basic groceries.
The Valfresco Direct service is available for guests wishing to dine on their own terrace. It allows for quick and easy delivery of groceries and ready meals to the doorstep of your accommodation unit.
Sports
The campsite has volleyball, basketball, mini golf, and bocce courts which guests can use free of charge. Tennis, table tennis, badminton, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and bicycles are available for a fee. Scuba diving and sailing centres are also nearby, while more experienced climbers can try to conquer an attractive rock equipped with screws, located near the beach.
The surrounding area is ideal for many recreational activities such as running, cycling, and hiking on the marked trails above Baška.
