Dionis Camping Zaton is located in the settlement of Zaton, in the close proximity of the oldest Croatian royal town of Nin and 14 kilometres away from Zadar, one of the most significant urban centres of Dalmatia. Apart from the scenic views of Velebit, the campsite also provides a sense of peace and quiet, mostly owing to its isolated and rustic location amidst a private vineyard with 10,000 vines.

Guests have a choice of mobile homes with spacious terraces, glamping homes for two, spacious pitches with power and water connections, and rooms in the central building near the pool and the restaurant. Two sanitary facilities and the multifunctional central building are made of stone in the traditional Dalmatian style, and the local tradition is also honoured through the pitches named after indigenous Croatian wine grape varieties. The culinary offer of the campsite restaurant comprises of breakfast made with local ingredients, followed by the afternoon menu of meat or fish burgers and delicious Mediterranean specialties which will round off your stay in Dalmatia.

Numerous cycling trails near Nin and a variety of amenities available at sandy beaches in Zaton, Nin and Petrčane will delight those looking for an active holiday. Pliša and Jaz are two of the more popular beaches, while the renowned Kraljičina plaža (“Queen’s Beach”) which can be found at 4 kilometres from the campsite is particularly well liked among children and surfers. More natural wonders you cannot miss await only an hour’s car ride away, including Paklenica National Park, Krka National Park, and Vrana Lake Nature Park.
