Winner of a number of quality awards, camp Kovačine is located on a small peninsula on the island of Cres, just a few steps from the town of Cres. The camp offers comfortable camping pitches, including those dedicated to naturists.
Designed for families, this campsite is surrounded by olive and pine trees, whilst its beach area is a mixture of pebbles and stone with separate sun-bathing areas. Part of the camp is dedicated to naturists who have at their disposal a naturist only beach.
Camp Kovačine offers its guests a variety of leisure and entertainment programs, a children’s playground, excursions, bicycle tours, several sporting activities, scuba diving lessons and many others. In the evenings live musical entertainment is organized with a grill-party and entertainment held on the beach area.
Distinguishing features of the campsite include diving courses specially catering to deaf people, as well as the camp management’s ecologically aware policies, resulting in a number of organized events focused on discovering and exploring Cres’s beauty and environment.
