Accommodation options
The campsite pitches are divided into three zones and are located directly by the sea or very close to it. The pitches range in size from 80 m2 to 100 m2, with electricity and water hookups. They can accommodate up to 6 people and are suitable for camper vans, caravans, and tents.
For those looking for more comfort, there are mobile homes for up to 4 adults and 2 children. They range in size from 32 m2 to 43 m2 depending on the type chosen, with the added benefit of covered terraces from 13 m2 to 30+m2. These mobile homes are ideal for families as they have a double bedroom, a children's bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Accommodation is also available in apartments for 2 to 4 people, nestled in a pine forest just about hundred metres from the beach. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, towels, and bed linen, these apartments include a bedroom, living room (except in studios), and a bathroom.
There are two modern sanitary facilities at the campsite, where you can also rent private family bathrooms.
Beach
The campsite’s large pebble beach stretches over 800 metres and features a gentle entry into the sea, making it ideal for families with young children. Surrounded by a pine forest, it offers plenty of shade in the summer. The favourable wind and sea conditions make the beach particularly attractive to surfers, and the campsite organises windsurfing courses for both children and adults.
Restaurants, bars and shops
The central „Lopari“ restaurant serves Croatian specialties and local delicacies, with ingredients sourced from nearby family farms. If you’re in the mood for a cocktail on the beach in the shade of pine trees, the Krunina beach bar is the place to be.
A well-stocked shop is also available in the central area of the campsite.
Sports and entertainment
If there’s one more reason to spend your holiday at Lopari Camping Resort, it’s the exceptional range of sports on offer. Some activities are tailored for children, including windsurfing lessons and a sports school where they can learn judo, swimming, archery, and play volleyball or football. Younger children will enjoy the newly renovated playground and fun educational games in the mini club.
There are also various activities for adults, such as cycling, hiking, mini-golf, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). Other facilities include a multipurpose sports court, a beach volleyball court, and an outdoor gym.
Your four-legged friends will also enjoy their stay, with access to a dog agility park and a beach where they can have fun in the sea, followed by a refreshing shower in the dedicated pet showers.
What to do and see on Lošinj Island?
Lošinj Island will enchant you with its healing herbs and sea air. It’s ideal for relaxing on the beach, but also for outdoor recreation. Near the campsite, you can hike up Mount Osoršćica (588 m) or rent a bike and explore the surrounding cycling trails.
If you want to venture further from the campsite, we recommend visiting Mali and Veli Lošinj. In Mali Lošinj, you’ll find the Museum of Apoxyomenos, dedicated to the bronze statue of a Greek athlete that was recovered from the sea 2,000 years after it sank. The statue’s importance is witnessed by the fact that it has been exhibited in renowned museums such as the Louvre and the British Museum.
While in Mali Lošinj, take a stroll through the Lošinj Aromatic Garden and get acquainted with the island’s rich flora. You’ll also want to discover the promenade and the charming konobas, which will tempt you with local specialties.
If you’re travelling with children, take them to the Marine Education Centre (LMEC) in Veli Lošinj, where they can learn about the lives of the friendly dolphins you’re sure to spot while relaxing on the island.
