Accommodation options
The pitches have electricity hook-ups, and some also have water and drainage connections. They are shaded by coniferous trees and are divided into different types according to their location. The camping grounds are for tents and have only electricity.
There are also fantastic lakeside houses for couples, and particularly impressive treetop houses for up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a terrace. They offer maximum comfort and privacy, as well as the unique experience of staying in the treetops.
Mobile homes of 33 m2 can accommodate four adults and two children and have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. The Premium mobile homes are situated next to the communal swimming pool and pool bar.
For the little ones, there are four-person teepees with four beds, a table and chairs, and clothes storage chests that will give them a sense of adventure in the Wild West.
The campsite also offers accommodation in rooms for two, wooden bungalows for three and spacious apartments for up to five people.
There are two sanitary facilities, and two family bathrooms available for rent. The sanitary facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.
Wellness and pools
The concept of the wellness centre is based on the four elements: earth, air, water and fire. It offers a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna with salt wall, a shower experience, a hydro-massage pool and a relaxation area. All of these amenities can be booked at reception as a service package for a minimum of two hours.
There are three outdoor cascading pools with a large sundeck close to the mobile home area.
Restaurants, bars and shops
The restaurant in the campsite is well known for its traditional Lika specialities and modern cuisine. It has a terrace and serves breakfast to guests who choose this option. The restaurant is also very popular with tourists returning from a tour of the Plitvice Lakes.
There are two additional bars in the campsite, one next to the swimming pool and the other next to the restaurant, as well as two barbecue areas. There is a shop, an exchange office and a cash dispenser at the entrance.
Active holidays
The camp has a multi-purpose court for basketball, handball and football, a beach volleyball court, adventure minigolf and table tennis. There is also a large children’s playground, an outdoor cinema and a dog training area, while adults can use the outdoor fitness.
The surrounding area is full of opportunities for an active holiday. There are 60 kilometres of bike trails as well as walking and trekking paths. The campsite offers rentals of standard and electric bicycles as well as scooters. If you are interested in paintball, horse riding, kayaking, rafting, ziplining, adrenaline parks or fishing, there are so many options that you can discover something new every day.
The campsite staff will be happy to help you organise excursions and other adrenaline-fuelled activities.
What to do and see on Plitvice?
The enchanting nature of Plitvice Lakes is one of the most beautiful in Europe and you should spend at least one day exploring it. You will enjoy the lakes and mighty waterfalls by walking along the paths and wooden bridges. Due to the large area of the park, the tour also includes hiking on marked trails, and a ride on a tourist train and boat for a full experience.
The park is surrounded by the crystal-clear Korana and Mrežnica rivers, which are ideal for rafting, kayaking, snorkelling, mindfulness walks and swimming under the guidance of experienced instructors.
There are many caves near the campsite, including the Barać Caves and the Speleon Underground Heritage Centre. We recommend a visit to Rastoke, a protected mill village on the Slunjčica River, for the fairytale atmosphere of the mills, traditional houses and the water that connects them all.
