Mini-Campsite Wine camp Hažić

In the northernmost part of Croatia, only 5 km from the Slovenian and 20 km from the Hungarian border, there is a unique campsite – the Wine Camp Hažić. Surrounded by the rolling hills of the Međimurje County, the campsite makes part of the Hažić family business, which has been engaged in the ecological cultivation of apples, grapevines and the production of high-quality wines for years. Only 100 m from the campsite you’ll find the Hažić wine house, where you can enjoy local products and wine tasting.

The campsite offers spacious and fully equipped pitches of 80 to 110 m2, which are also accessible for large motorhomes and multi-axle trailers. For an additional charge, guests can use the washing and drying machines, whilst the WiFi internet connection and the barbecue area are free of charge. Guests can order breakfast, consisting of local products from nearby farms and fresh baked goods, directly to their pitch. The nearest shop is less than 1 km away, while a wider range of shops can be found in Sveti Martin na Muri.

One of the most famous thermal baths in Croatia - the Therme Sveti Martin - is only 1 km away from the campsite. It disposes of a wide range of outdoor and indoor pools, saunas and massages, as well as a golf course. There are numerous marked hiking and cycling trails near the campsite. By prior arrangement, it is possible to rent the necessary equipment and organize professional bike tours. A deer and mouflon farm is just a few minutes' walk away, while an adrenaline park and the city of Čakovec, the capital of the county known for the Zrinski family fortress, can be reached in around 20 minutes by car.
