Campsite Bijela Uvala is located near the small fishing village of Funtana and only five kilometres away from Poreč, with its vibrant cultural and gourmet offer. Swimming, diving, or SUPing early in the morning, when most campers are still fast asleep, is truly something else when you know you’ll be returning to a fabulous pitch amidst centennial pine trees. Not to mention the soothing sound of the waves and magical sunsets!

Accommodation options
The pitches at Campsite Bijela Uvala range from 60 m2 to 120 m2 and can accommodate a car/motorcycle and a tent, a car and a caravan, or a camper. Designed for up to six persons, most of them have Wi-Fi, and electricity and water hook-ups. Some pitches also have sewage connections and private bathrooms with toilet, shower, sink, and a hairdryer. There is also a handy outdoor unit with a sink and fridge.
There are nine sanitary facilities with everything you need, including baby changing areas, laundry, and ironing facilities. Five of them are suitable for persons with disabilities. Some facilities are equipped with a cool box, which comes in handy during hot weather.
Beaches and pools
The beach stretches along the campsite’s coastline and is divided into pebble, concrete, and stone sections. It proudly flies the Blue Flag, awarded for water quality and beach facilities. Guests can rent sun loungers and umbrellas and use showers and changing cubicles. A section of the beach is accessible to persons with disabilities.
Bijela Uvala campsite boasts four Activity pools for adults and three children’s pools with exciting water slides and sprinklers. Surrounding the pools are sundecks with sun loungers and umbrellas to rent, as well as showers, changing cubicles, and catering facilities.
Restaurants, bars and shops
The campsite offers à la carte restaurants, a pizzeria, snack bars, cafés and beach bars to suit everyone’s taste. The pastry shop is quite popular with guests who can also try the street food offer.
Guests who prefer to cook themselves will be happy to find fresh groceries at the nearby supermarket, bakery, and stands with fruit, vegetables, and fish. There is also a souvenir shop, a newsstand, and a gas filling station.
Sports and entertainment
The campsite guests can enjoy a wide range of sports. Stand-up paddleboards, pedal boats, beach canoes and jet skis can be hired, and you can also try parasailing or spend some time in the water park. Beach volleyball and football courts are available free of charge, while tennis and horse-riding lessons, bikes, and trampolines are available for a fee. In addition to a charging station for e-bikes, there are also moorings for boats at the marina.
Entertainment for children and adults is organised by the Activities & Experience Team. There is also a mini club for the little ones, as well as various workout sessions and sports tournaments for adults.
What to do and see in and around Funtana?
During your stay at Bijela Uvala, you can explore what Zelena Resort on the nearby peninsula has to offer: from a wide range of summer activities and events such as concerts and open-air movie nights to water ski lift rides that are quite popular with the locals. There is also the Istria Experience info desk to help you create an authentic destination experience.
Not far from the Aquacolors Aquapark is Dino Park, another go-to destination for the children who are into dinosaurs, train rides and themed shows. Funtana also has a number of restaurants and konobas serving local specialities, such as fish and seafood, which pair perfectly with the local wines Malvasia and Teran.
