Koversada Naturist Park is one of the largest campsites in Croatia. It is located at the entrance to Lim Bay in western Istria, only two kilometres from Vrsar. The islet of Koversada, which was once the cradle of the naturist movement in Croatia and today a place for tent camping, is linked to the mainland by a pedestrian bridge. The setting is peaceful, with a kilometres-long beach and a thousand olive trees.

Accommodation options
The campsite offers four types of fully serviced pitches near the sea or forest, as well as two types of camping grounds. Some of the camping grounds are located on the islet of Koversada. The pitches, which are up to 120 m2, are equipped with electricity and water hook-ups. To ensure a peaceful and relaxing holiday, the campsite provides 15 sanitary facilities.
Additionally, mobile homes are available near Lim Bay and unspoiled beaches. They come equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as a fully-fitted kitchen, air conditioning, a safe, a satellite TV, a terrace with sun loungers, and a barbecue area. They can accommodate up to six people in the 34-m2 homes or two people in the 22-m2 homes.
Beaches
The naturist campsite has several beaches in its coastal area, ranging from rocky to pebble and stone slab-covered ones. There is also a sandy beach near the Premium zone, which is ideal for children. Beach amenities include showers, sun loungers, and umbrellas. Some beaches have facilities for the disabled, and two of them have dog showers. It is important to note that dogs are not allowed on the islet. The beach at the campsite has been awarded the Blue Flag for its cleanliness and high level of maintenance.
Restaurants, bars and shops
Koversada Naturist Park has nine catering facilities, including a buffet and fish restaurant, eateries serving pasta, burgers, and street food classics, as well as enough beach and lounge bars to try something new every day, from fresh fish and shellfish to crispy pizza.
There is also a supermarket, bakery, fruit and vegetable stand, and a newsstand.
Sports and entertainment
This green oasis by the sea offers a range of sports and entertainment facilities, including eight clay tennis courts, an indoor soccer pitch, basketball, handball, and beach volleyball courts, and a mini-golf course. Visitors can also explore the surrounding area by cycling the Vrsar-Lim-Vrsar eco trails or taking a ride on a pedal boat or kayak. All necessary equipment can be rented at the campsite, including sports accessories.

What to do and see in Vrsar and its surroundings?
Start by exploring the immediate surroundings of Koversada Naturist Park. Experience the emerald blue waters of Lim Bay, known for shellfish farming, restaurants, Romuald’s cave, and the beautiful Kontija forest.
Then, take a ride on the tourist train to Vrsar and stroll through its old town or head to one of the viewpoints to enjoy the stunning view of the archipelago with 18 islets. Art lovers must visit the Dušan Džamonja Sculpture Park. If you visit in August, you may see sculptors creating in the open air at the Montraker International Summer School of Sculpture.
Rovinj is one of the most picturesque locations on the western coast of Istria. Be sure to explore its well-preserved old town and the Batana Museum and enjoy its lively nightlife and traditional a cappella singing.
