ADAC: „The average quality of Croatian campsites grew by 3% in 2019!“

At the end of last year, the German ADAC camping guide 2019 was published, listing also 129 Croatian campsites.

Based on the ADAC data which was processed and analyzed by the Croatian Camping Union, we are proud to present some of the numerous positive quality indicators of the Croatian camping offer:

• the average quality of Croatian campsites increased by 3% in 2019;
• the quality of campsites (by region) is on the rise (e.g. the largest growth was accomplished by the Šibenik region - 14.3%!);
• campsites in the region of Istria have the highest quality, with an average rating of 4.1, out of the possible 5;
• along with the 5 existing ones (Zaton Holiday Resort, Krk Premium Camping Resort, Valalta, Val Saline and Šimuni), the ADAC Superplatz label was awarded to 5 more Croatian campsites this year.:
• Aminess Maravea Camping Resort;
• Lanterna Premium Camping Resort;
• Omišalj;
• Baška Beach Camping Resort and
• Straško.
